We strive to deliver high-quality services, state-of-the-art equipment, and professional guidance. However, we understand that circumstances may change or expectations may not always be met. This Refund Policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on when refunds are permitted and how such requests are handled. Refund Eligibility Members may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal of a gym membership, training package, or fitness class. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: The refund request is submitted within the 14-day period. The member has not used the gym facilities more than once or attended any scheduled class or personal training session. The services requested for refund are still valid and have not expired. There is a valid reason for cancellation, such as a medical issue, relocation, or dissatisfaction with initial experience, subject to review. Non-Refundable Items Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including: Initiation or enrollment fees charged at sign-up. Monthly membership dues for any period during which the gym was accessed. Personal training sessions already used or canceled late. One-time passes, guest fees, and non-refundable promotional offers. Merchandise and supplements once opened or used. Cancellation for Medical or Relocation Reasons A prorated refund may be granted if the member provides documentation for a medical condition or relocation that makes continued gym use impossible. Acceptable documentation may include a physician’s statement or proof of move. Refund Process To request a refund, the member must submit purchase details along with an explanation. Each case is reviewed individually. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing Time Refunds, once approved, are generally processed within a few business days. Time may vary depending on your payment provider. Membership Freezes and Transfers Instead of refunds, members may also request: A membership freeze (e.g., for injury, vacation, or personal reasons), which pauses billing and extends membership duration. A membership transfer to another individual, pending approval. Special Offers and Promotions Refunds are not offered on free trials, heavily discounted offers, or time-sensitive promotions unless legally required. These services are final upon use. Classes and Events If we cancel a class or event, you may receive a refund, credit, or be rescheduled. Refunds are not available for no-shows or late cancellations. Misuse of Policy We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse of this policy, excessive cancellations, or other violations of membership terms.
